Eligibility & accounts
- You must be able to form a binding contract (e.g., be an adult under your local law).
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or risk to the Service or users.
Events & meetups
- Event details (time, location) and meetup topics are provided by organizers; availability and accuracy are not guaranteed.
- RSVPs are informational only and may not guarantee entry or capacity.
- We may close RSVPs after an event ends or for operational reasons.
User content & conduct
- You’re responsible for content you submit (profiles, messages, meetup proposals).
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, or confidential information without authorization.
- Respect others; no harassment, discrimination, or abuse.
- We may moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or law.
Intellectual property
The Service and its content are owned by or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service. Do not copy, modify, or reverse engineer unless permitted by law.
Third-party services
Links or integrations (e.g., calendar providers) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits.

We may change or discontinue features or these Terms. If changes are material, we’ll provide notice; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts at the place of establishment shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
